Custodial Night Supervisor Roy Harris, whom his peers nominated for Leading with Heart! He supports his staff by helping clean an area rug for a Kindergarten classroom.

Collegiate Academy's 7th Grade Science Teacher Tylar Hobbs, whom her peers nominated for Leading with Heart. "She makes sure her scholars are ready to learn, engages with them, and she truly loves the job!"

Dr. McCarther, Lake Ridge Elementary Principal! Nominated by her peers for Leading with Heart. "Dr. McCarther leads with heart every morning when she steps on campus, greeting with a smile. Dr. McCarther steps into any role that is needed on campus. Touching the life of our scholars, showing love by doing the announcements. Her ending statement is, "I love you, and there is nothing you can do about it."

Audio Visuals team for Leading with Heart! "Please award Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Neely who, together as a team, have "led with heart, expected excellence, and empowered others." They are both outstanding role models who require excellence from their scholars. Each one has gone above and beyond to provide my son with amazing opportunities that highlight his talents and open his eyes to the possibilities of a future career in the audio-visual field. They look for new opportunities that empower him to feel engaged and excited about his coursework. Thank you, Mr. Kennedy & Mr. Neely, you are appreciated!"

Mrs. Williams was nominated by one of her scholars for Empowering Others! "I see Mrs.Williams Empowering Others every day. She could be having a good day or not; if someone was sad, mad, or just not having a good day, she was there to help them out(mentally and physically). She encourages us scholars to put our best foot forward. I personally saw times where I didn't understand something, and she was ready to help; she took her time out of her day to help me and others."

Sandra Hryekewicz- Upper Montessori Teacher at Lake Ridge. Her scholars nominated Mrs. Hryekewicz for Leading with Heart! "She always teaches with passion and cares about the well-being of others."
