Smart Pass

All scholar passes at Cedar Hill High School will be managed through the SmartPass app. Scholars and staff can access SmartPass from their school-provided device or their personal mobile device at www.smartpass.app/login. Scholars and staff will log in using their district Google account. Scholars will not need a device in the hall to be using the pass, they must just have been issued one by a staff member to their designated destination. The administration will monitor all pass analytics. All campus locations will be entered into the SmartPass system.  No written passes.  A scholar’s pass eligibility may be revoked. Teachers should be aware of medical circumstances that may provide a scholar with required restroom access.
