Cedar Hill ISD Technology Department continues to build and refine our technology infrastructure as we endeavor to meet the technological needs of our students, staff, and community. Development of technology skills that are infused into the teaching and learning process will help to achieve our district's mission to develop life long learners and model citizens through the pursuit of academic excellence, individual leadership, and real life experiences.

🔒 Important Update: Student Password Changes
To increase district security and protect student accounts, all student passwords have been updated to meet new complexity requirements.
The New Password Format
Default student passwords now use this specific order: [Birthdate] + [First 2 letters of middle name] + #!

Birthdate: MMDDYYYY format (no slashes)
-
Middle Name: Always UPPERCASE

Special Characters: Always ends with
#!
📝 Example
If a student's name is Jane Average Doe and her birthday is 07/07/2026:

Middle Name Letters: AV (from Average)

Ending:
#! -
New Password:
07072026AV#!
If a student does NOT have a middle name, the password will be their birthdate#!
John Doe with a birthdate of 07/07/2026 will be 07072026#!
