With a goal to enhance public safety and the fan experience at College Park Center, a clear bag policy is in full effect for all events at College Park Center. Bags are subject to inspection before entry. Metal detectors may be used for some events.
APPROVED BAGS:
Plastic Storage Bag: Clear, one (1) gallon re-sealable. Clear Tote Bag: Plastic, vinyl, or PVC, and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
Small Clutch Purse: Approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap. No larger than 4.5” x 8.5” with or without a handle or strap. Can be carried separately or within an approved plastic bag.
Medically Necessary Items: Including small diaper bags (with accompanying infant/child) after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.Bag policy. Approved bags include a clear tote bag, 12 by 12 by 6 inches, or 1 1-gallon plastic storage or an 8.5 by 4.5 inch small purse or clutch

SECURITY SCREENING
Promoting a safe experience for our guests, players, and employees continues to be a top priority for College Park Center. All patrons are now required to undergo security screening procedures, which include the use of bag checks, hand-wanding, and walk-through magnetometers, before entering the building. College Park Center reserves the right to deny entry or eject any guest who declines to be searched or who is in breach of venue policies and/or prohibited items. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a timely entry into the arena.
ACCESSIBILITY AND ADA
The CPC meets all State of Texas Accessibility and Federal ADA requirements, with at-grade entries, 71 wheelchair positions at the concourse level with 71 adjacent companion seats, assisted listening devices, and one (1) passenger elevator.
The Commencement Ceremony is a special dignified event for graduating seniors and their families and guests. Appropriate behavior is expected of every person participating in and attending the ceremony. The playing of the National Anthem and the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance require that accepted standards of behavior be demonstrated. Please observe these guidelines.
When the Color Guard enters the room, stand at attention and face the flag with the right hand over the heart. As the flag passes, men should remove their hats, hold them in the right hand, and place the hat over the heart. Everyone should remain standing with their hands over their hearts for the Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem.
If taking pictures or filming, please stand in the designated areas.

Remain standing for the Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem
The rules and customs presented herein are in accordance with the July 7, 1976 amendment to the Flag Code (Public Law 94-344.94th Congress. S.J. Res 49).
The Pledge of Allegiance should be rendered by all those present in the room standing at attention facing the flag, with the right hand over the heart. When not in uniform, men should remove their hats with their right hands and hold them at the left shoulder with the hand over the heart. Persons in uniform should remain silent, face the flag, and render the military salute.
During the rendition of the National Anthem when the flag is displayed, all present, except those in uniform, should stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. Men not in uniform should remove their hats with their hands and hold them at the left shoulder with the hand over the heart. Persons in uniform should render the military salute as the first note of the anthem and retain this position until the last note. Citizens of other countries should stand at attention. If the flag is not displayed, those present should face toward the music and act in the same manner they would if the flag were displayed there.
