C.O.R.E. Program

NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2025-26
At CHISD we believe in intentionally building the capacity of our leaders.
CHISD has designed a program to empower assistant principals and coordinators in the district. This initiative follows our 70/20/10 model which allows for formal learning through strategic professional development and job embedded opportunities with support of the assigned direct supervisor. The CORE Leadership Program follows a cohort model which will allow leaders to strengthen connections and network with peer leaders across the district. The goal of this program is to prepare CHISD assistant principals and coordinators with the tools that will prepare them for their next level of development.
- CORE will follow a cohort model. The program formally begins in September with monthly meetings throughout the 2025-2026 school year.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 2 Years as a Cedar Hill ISD Coordinator
