The School Leadership department's mission is to develop highly effective leaders who inspire the improvement of the quality of instruction, extracurricular achievements, and campus culture.

CHISD school leaders are visionary leaders who aspire for greatness on behalf of students and staff by building a culture of excellence and equipping all students with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve his or her dreams.
