Facilities Management Express (FMX)

FMX is the platform Cedar Hill ISD uses for scheduling all internal and external events.

Simply go to: https://chisd.gofmx.com/register-community-member to register a new account (under "assigned building" type in the building you wish to hold your event). An email confirmation will be received to approve your account and assign campus/department access; so please allow at least 48 hours before entering your schedule request.

Instructions for Use:

Click on the Schedule Request module to add a new request. Select "community events" under the request type. Then simply provide event information in the required fields.

Athletic Events: 
The district requires that 75% of the total participants of the activity or event be CHISD scholars. A roster may be required by the Superintendent or designee at any time prior to the event.

 

Performance Events: 

Please review the Performing Arts Calendar to check the availability of your event date prior to form submission.

All external events require an active Accord Certificate of Insurance (COI) general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000, listing CHISD as insured and certificate holder (see Community Use - Rental Terms and Conditions for more information).

If your organization holds a 501(c)(3) status, a copy of your IRS documentation is also required.
