If you have graduated from CHISD and need a copy of your official transcript, please use the link below to register and complete the required request process. Please note that transcripts are $5 PER request and payment MUST be received before request will be completed. Please allow up to 10 working days for the Transcript Request to be filled.
If this is your first time to log in you will need to register for an account. Once you log in you will choose Events/Activities to find the Alumni Transcript Request form.
If you are an Educational Institution or Agency in need of a verification of enrollment/graduation for a former CHISD student, please email that request to registrationhelp@chisd.net. All request will be responded to with 3 business days.
