If you have graduated from CHISD and need a copy of your official transcript, please use the link below to register and complete the required request process. Please note that transcripts are $5 PER request and payment MUST be received before request will be completed. Please allow up to 10 working days for the Transcript Request to be filled.
Steps for Official Alumni Transcript
- Click the “Register Now” button to create an account.
- Sign up as a “Guest”
- Go to the “Events & Activities” tab and select “Cedar Hill ISD Official Alumni Transcript”
- Add to your cart and fill out the form. Please double check to make sure everything is completely filled out.
- Pay your $5 fee. Remember: There is a $5 fee for EACH Official Transcript.
- Receive confirmation email and allow 24-48 hours for all Transcripts to be processed. An email will be sent once the transcript is ready to pick up or if it is being mailed out.
