Our chaplains play an essential role in reinforcing core values, resilience, and leadership while respecting the diverse backgrounds of our students and staff.

We welcome faith leaders, community mentors, and individuals with a heart for service to apply. To qualify, chaplains must:

• Have a passion for supporting students and staff
• Demonstrate strong moral character and leadership skills
• Pass a background check in accordance with district policies
• Be willing to serve as a mentor and role model for our scholars

No prior chaplaincy experience is required—just a commitment to making a positive impact!

Joining the Cedar Hill ISD Chaplaincy Program is easy! Follow these steps:

1️⃣ Complete the Online Interest Form – Click HERE to submit your application.
2️⃣ Background Check – All chaplains must pass a background check.
3️⃣ Orientation & Training – Attend a brief session to understand your role and expectations.
4️⃣ School Placement – Get assigned to a campus and begin serving our scholars!
