Development of CHISD Leadership Definition & Indicators

In the Fall of 2021, senior leaders, central office coordinators, campus and support staff, and police began meeting regularly to understand the importance of leadership, examine leadership models, and explore what must be true of leaders to see academic and operational success in CHISD.
