Longhorn Cross CountryPrior to coming to practice the following things will need to be completed:1) The athletic forms found on the UIL portal must be completed. Below you will find the link to get this done:2) The COVID-19 waiver must be completed using the link below.Athletes must wear a mask when entering practice and are required to bring their own water bottle.
The Cross Country team will begin practice at 8AM on August 1st, 2017 at the Cedar Hill Ninth Grade Center.
Things you will need for next season:
1. Summer miles! If you don't run this summer, don't bother coming out. I'm passing out summer miles at the team meeting at the end of the school year.
2. Your own watch to time. You have to be able to keep track of mile times and intervals
3. A notebook to bring to practice EVERY day to log your miles and progression. Don't come to practice without your notebook
4. A physical and athletic fee. You have all summer to get your physical complete and pay your athletic fee, you will have no excuses next year. You may not practice until these things are complete!
