Degrees and Certifications:
I was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX. I have two beautiful daughters that I proudly spoil each and every day with my love. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my friends and family as much as possible.
I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX, with an undergraduate degree in education. Years later, I received my graduate degree in education administration. I taught 3rd and 4th grade in Everman ISD for 5 years and served as an assistant principal for 4 years. Throughout my years as an administrator, I missed teaching students. I realized my passion was in teaching and encouraging students to grow academically. I decided to return to the classroom 3 years ago as a 1st grade teacher. This year, I will teach 2nd grade mathematics/science at Plummer Elementary. Apart from that, I am always on a quest to make students remain lifelong learners and find their own enjoyment in learning.
I am looking forward to working with you to ensure your child has a productive academic school year. My promise to you is that I will strive each day to make learning an enriching process for your child. I believe that parents and teachers are a team; working together to help children develop emotionally and academically.
