    • CHISD earned 18 distinction designations form the Texas Education Agency for the 2017-2018 school year.
    • 100% of scholar athletes graduated in 2019.
    • All CHISD elementary campuses offer full-day Pre-K.
    • 285 students participate in dual-language programs, and there are 17 languages represented in the district.
    • The Cedar Hill Longhorns earned a State Championship football title in 2006, 2013 & 2014.
    • More than 1,600 7-12 graders participated in athletics in 2019.
    • Longhorn Central is an online store available for Cedar Hill families and fans who are interested in pruchasing spirit items and district paraphernalia.
    • Cedar Hill ISD has opened its doors to students living outside of the district; interested families can apply for an out-of-district transfer at any time.
