Hello, my name is Tina Butler and I serve as the Academic Interventionist at Highlands Elementary School. I am here to provide support to classroom teachers and to help create a safe learning environment in which diversity and individual differences are respected. I will also support classroom teachers based on student data and work with struggling students who have been identified as at-risk. My main goal is to help increase student achievement and improve overall outcomes.

I understand the importance of collaboration and the need for effective lessons that are strategically aligned with the curriculum. I am here to assist teachers in the development of such lessons that will benefit our students. Together, we can create a positive learning environment that fosters growth and success.
