Hello Amazing Scholars & Parents,

I am Michelle Owusu-Hemeng and I will be joining Waterford Oaks Elementary 2nd grade staff. I am new to the Cedar Hill ISD district, but I am not new to teaching. This is officially my second year as a teacher, but before that I was a licensed tutor for K-12 scholars. The best time to contact me anytime is by email or via Dojo. If I am in class, I will respond within 24 business hours.

I am the youngest of 3 from my lovely parents who came all the way from Ghana. I was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. I have a thirst for learning, so I am always up to researching and experiencing new ways to make this world such a beautiful place. I am always smiling, not just because I have an amazing smile, but I truly love making the environment fitting for all. I am a die-hard sports fanatic of the Dallas Cowboys and any team LeBron James joins. When I am not teaching, I am planning my next vacation overseas.
