About Me:

Hello Coleman Longhorns!

I have a BS in Mathematics and a MEd. Teaching (4-8).

I have come to teaching later than many of my fellow teachers at Bessie Coleman but I am as excited to be here as any freshman teacher. I have been a substitute teacher for two years as I attended graduate school and have developed a love of the profession.

Before becoming a teacher, I have been a business owner, a manager of an IT department, and an independent Network Infrastructure contractor. All of these professions were interesting and satisfying work and have prepared me to work with young people as they grow in knowledge and mathematics.
