Hello my name is Richard Means i’m a Dallas Texas Native Born & Raised. I’m a David W Carter High School graduate. I also graduated with my bachelors degree in Business from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a Masters in Business Administration from Northwood University here in Cedar Hill. In my spare time I enjoy running my business Lead By Example. Be The Change which include Math Tutoring and Physical Training in all sports, Coaching basketball, watching all sports (Cowboys & Mavericks mostly) and building leaders daily. I am grateful and blessed to be in this district.
