Welcome to fourth grade at Highlands Elementary!

        I am so excited to be your scholar's fourth grade Dual Language reading teacher. A little bit about myself is that Cedar Hill is where I was born and raised. I am an alumni from Cedar Hill Collegiate High School. I had the privilege of graduating with my high school diploma along with an Associates degree in Arts. I am a proud product of CHISD and love being a Longhorn!

       After graduating high school I went to attend The University of North Texas in Denton where I received my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. It is such an honor to come back and start my teaching career in the district that is my hometown. I had the opportunity to student teach in Lewisville ISD with 1st grade and 4th grade which helped me prepare to become your student's teacher.
       I am very happy to have the opportunity to have your student in my classroom. I am looking forward to working with you for the success of your student. I believe that maintaining constant communication will help improve the student's success in my classroom. I am here for you and your student. If you have any concerns feel free to contact me.
