Hello Longhorn Family


I am excited and honored to be a part of this mighty LONGHORN FAMILY and this wonderful community. This is my fifth year entering this campus and the community.  Everyone has already welcomed me in with so much love. As the Culinary Arts and Food Science teacher, I am confident that I will provide effective instructions and practical life skills to ensure that all students are given the chance to be successful.

Cooking professionally since 2011

 Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a Bachelors in Culinary Management  

One special moment I saw, participated in, or helped create, that "made it all worthwhile" (teaching):

When students pursue cooking as a profession and stick with it.  It's just the best.

Why I love teaching:

I enjoy the experience of passing on what I know to the scholar.  It's very rewarding to know that I am teaching them something they will use forever.
