    The Cedar Hill Independent School District will become a premier school district providing innovative opportunities and academic challenges preparing all students for the global marketplace. 
    Board Goals and Priorities

    At CHISD, we will:

    1. Design and implement a rigorous instructional learning system that is data driven, fosters student engagement, and produces college and career-ready students

    2. Remain efficient, trustworthy, and transparent in our financial practices and business processes

    3. Align the budget process to achieve district goals

    4. Recruit, develop, and retain highly effective and engaging employees in an environment that embraces diversity

    5. Provide a safe, efficient, healthy, and orderly learning environment

    6. Foster an environment of respect, cooperation, and open communication with parents and community partners



  • The Cedar Hill ISD Board of Trustees holds a regular meeting on the third Monday of every month (subject to change due to district holidays and other circumstances) at 6:30 p.m. in the Cannady Cedar Hill Room of the Municipal Government Center located at 285 Uptown Blvd., Cedar Hill, Texas 75104. The public session of the meeting begins at approximately 7:30 p.m. Called meetings are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting date.
