ChipIn Program

Help pay off negative meal and technology balances for scholars in need.
The Cedar Hill ISD CHip In Fund started in 2022. This special fund is used to support families in our community who need assistance paying for meals for their scholars, or covering fees associated with 1:1 devices. The CHIPin Fund provides short-term assistance to families in need by covering negative lunch and technology balances. The CHip In Fund consists of donations and does not take the place of applying for free or reduced-price meals

How it Works

You can make a tax-deductible donation by logging onto MyPayments Plus. You will have the opportunity to choose the campus and the dollar amount of your donation.

Donations may be made by individuals, groups, or businesses.  Donations in excess of $1,000 must be accompanied by a letter from the donor(s) for recognition. The CHip In Fund is maintained by the CHISD Business Services Department and is distributed on a case-by-case basis.

Creating a MyPayments Plus Account to Contribute to the CHip In Fund

Step 1: Visit www.mypaymentsplus.com and click "register now".

Step 2: Select your state and then select Cedar Hill ISD in the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Enter your first and last name along with your email address. Create a password that is at least seven characters and includes at least 1 number.

That is it! Your account is created and you can enter into MyPayments Plus and select the CHip In fund to make your donation. There are two (2) CHip In options to choose from, one funds Chromebook fees and the other funds negative lunch accounts.
