CURRENT ANNOUNCEMENTS: 

 

Orff is currently diving into project based learning by creating student written compositions through improvisation on the Orff Xylophones.  We will continue to develop melodic and rhythmic phrases, and orchestrate a final arrangement that will include a variety of other instruments.  Students will present their original composition at upcoming performances, including Bray's Extravaganza and Fine Arts Finale.  

 

 

 

 

What We Do:  This is a high quality instrumental percussion ensemble.  Students will learn to play and create with Orff xylophones, drums, percussion, hand bells and the recorder.  Performances will occur throughout the year and in major district events in the spring.  Students must have superior citizenship.
