• If you are a staff member of CHISD and would like to have a wrap printed please see the below process:

    The process should look like this:
    1. Client fills out Maintenance Request and waits for approval.
    2. Client fills out Print Shop Request Form after receiving approval form back.
    3. Print Shop Representative contacts client and send Quote
    4. Students work on the design and send to client.
    5. Client sends it to Communications for approval.
    6. Client emails Print Shop once they receive final approval. 
    7. We print job and send invoice to client.

     
    Please note that there is never a charge for installation. The students will install when possible, and while we strive for a professional job, this is still a learning environment. There may be some time delays or minor  installation issues as they work through their educational career. All installed work is warrantied a maximum of one year in a normal operating environment. Excessive heat/humidity may result in peeling, bubbling, or other vinyl defects. Please note that the adhesive properties of vinyl is based on a maximum of six months. It is possible that a "removable" vinyl may become permanent after that time. A variety of factors will also effect how well your vinyl sticks. These can be things such as the environment, humidity, heat, cold, rain, wall texture, etc. We will do our best during the initial quote process to provide you with the proper material for your desired outcome, but CHISD nor its affiliates will be responsible for any issues that may arise with the installation of the materials.  
     
     

    If you are outside the district and would like to have something printed please see the below process:

    The process should look like this:
    1. Client fills out Print Shop Request Form after receiving approval form back.
    2. Print Shop Representative contacts client and send Quote
    3. Students work on the design and send to client.
    4. Client emails Print Shop once they approve of final design. 
    5. We send invoice to client. The preferred method of payment is using MyPaymentsPlus Client will log in and look for the Print Shop option. print shop icon Then enter your amount based on the quote. The Taxes/Fees will be automatically calculated.
    6. Client will be notified once the print job is ready to be picked up from Cedar Hill High School at 1 Longhorn Blvd
