Parents must know: In order for our scholar to go above and beyond in the Science world, hands-on necessities will be administered to scholars for better retention and concept during instruction. Homework will also be given in my classroom to show what scholars have gained during the lesson. It is VITAL for parents to encourage scholars to handle business before pleasure. There are no excuses in life.
About Me:
Greetings Young People and Parents!
My name is Ms. McGue (or Ms. M), and this is my second year at the Cedar Hill Independent School District, my forth year teaching. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in Business and Health Studies: Concentration in Anatomy and Microbiology Sciences at Texas Woman's University!
Working alongside high school scholars gave me the boost to work with middle school scholars! I am here to serve young people and encourage them to expand the life of Science in and out of the classroom, AND common life aspects outside of Science. I have a strong passion for children, continuing to be the light and impact young people, one child at a time.
On a personal note, I enjoy all things Science related, traveling, engaging in new activities, reading and learning new traits about people. I have two children that keep me busy in all aspects of life. Being aware of my purpose in life, I strive to unlock a scholar's potential to find and enhance their own purpose.
With a positive attitude, we will prosper though this school year! We are grateful for grace! Character shows us who we are when no one is looking; courage is being BOLD, even if you feel uncomfortable.
With that being said, I will leave you with this quote:
"I took the road less traveled by, and that's what made all the difference."
-Robert Frost
