CHISD Community Alerts
-
To help improve communications and board relations with the community, Cedar Hill ISD has launched CHISD Community Alerts.
“It is important to us that our community is engaged and informed of what is taking place in our schools and the decisions being made by our leadership. This is an easy and quick way to gain information about our schools, all right from your phone or computer,” said Tierney Tinnin, CHISD Chief of Communications and Marketing.
Those interested can visit chisd.net/chisdcommunityalerts and complete the short form to add their email information to the distribution list. The Cedar Hill ISD communications department will notify subscribers when a meeting has been scheduled and the agenda is available online.
The CHISD Board of Trustees holds a regular meeting on the third Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Cannady Cedar Hill Room of the Municipal Government Center located at 285 Uptown Blvd., Cedar Hill, Texas 75104. The public session of the meeting begins at approximately 7:30 p.m.
The meetings are open to the public, with the exception of the closed meeting portion of the agenda.
The purpose of the meetings is to conduct district business and provide members of the board an opportunity to discuss issues with each other and with staff.
