Sponsor Information

Our goal is to underwrite the Auto Show costs through both cash and in-kind contributions. This ensures that more money can go directly to CHHS CTE Scholars. We welcome the following products and services: Advertising (print, television, radio, online), Raffle Prizes, Food/Beverage, and Monetary Donations. CHHS must approve all in-kind donations.

_______ TENT SPONSOR $100
❖ Sponsor will provide a tent/canopy with company logo to cover one student worker table
❖ Tent sponsors will be responsible for setup (ensuring the tent is properly secured), take-down, and pickup.

_______ SILVER SPONSOR ($101 - $199)
❖ Name on signage displayed at the auto show
❖ Disc Jockey Announcing Sponsors
❖ Listed on the CHHS Auto Show flyer and CHHS Auto Show website

_______ GOLD SPONSOR ($200 - $500)
Everything included in Silver Level plus:
❖ Choose and present a trophy of your choice
❖ Promotional material to be included in grab bags *Sponsors must provide their own materials*
❖ One Vehicle Entry into the Auto Show

_______ PLATINUM SPONSOR (Over $501)
Everything included in both Silver and Gold Levels plus:
❖ Logo/Company Name on Flyer (TIME SENSITIVE: Must send logo at least 2 months before show date)
❖ Logo/Company Name on the CHHS Auto Show website
❖ Logo and/or Name in Media & Print Marketing
❖ Logo and/or Name on special banner or sign to be displayed at the auto show
❖ Two-Vehicle Entries into the auto show

Vendor Information

Cost: $100 per space

Vendor registration forms MUST be submitted one week before the event!

• Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e.; canopies, tables, chairs, etc.
• All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event
• No electricity or running water is available
• Setup Time: Vendors can begin to set up at 8 a.m.
• Breakdown: 3 p.m.
• Space will be granted in the order your vendor registration form is received
• Max 2 Parking Spots
• Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it
• We reserve the right to censor any vendor booth
