My name is Maylin Herrera and I am a long term substitute teacher. This is my second year serving as a Spanish teacher at the High School. I am proud Cedar Hill Longhorn Alumna (Class of 2015) and happy to be back. After that, I attended the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. I received my Bachelor degree in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Human Resources and served as a proud sister of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated.

  • Hola Longhorn Familia! Parents and students, please be aware that having the district chromebooks and Spanosh journal in class every day is important. I will have assignments that will need to be completed in Edgenuity and Schoology. Grades will be updated on Skyward on a weekly basis. Therefore, every Friday, students will know how well they are doing in my class. The correct grade to always check is Skyward.
