Lynn Hobbs is the new theatre director at Bessie Coleman Middle School. Mrs. Hobbs educates all students on theatrical productions and processes, through understanding the foundations of creative expressions to the historical cultural relevance, as it relates to each scholar in theatre.

Mrs. Hobbs has been studying and involved in theatre since 2005 . She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington where she performed in her favorite production of A Raisin in the Sun.   Mrs. Hobbs has helped many children find their love of theatre and continues to encourage all students to embrace their imaginations and creativity.

Mrs. Hobbs is a Texas native, born in the panhandle in Lubbock.  She spent her 1st few years out in the country and moved to city of Arlington, where she completed her entire educational career.
