 To Request an ACT Test Waiver

Students who qualify for the Federal Lunch Program receive two waiver from ACT beginning junior year.

• Complete a Test Waiver Request Form in the Counseling Office and leave the completed form with the recpetionist.
• A pass will be sent for the student once the waiver is processed.
• Please allow 3 to 5 days to process the waiver.
