A transplant to Texas at age 9, I graduated from Irving High School in 1993. I attended Texas Woman's University and graduated with my BSN in 1998. I worked at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in the Neonatal ICU for 12+ years and spent 2 years in PACU and Pre-op. I came to Cedar Hill as a substitute nurse at the end of the 2012-2013 school year. I was privileged to start full-time with Cedar Hill ISD for the 2013-2014 school year. I am currently the supervising school nurse for Bessie Coleman Middle School, Permenter Middle School, and Collegiate Academy/High School. I look forward to working with the scholars, parents, and staff to ensure the health and success of every scholar.
