L. Kim Lewis Auxiliary Services Building Dedication

The district dedicated the new L. Kim Lewis Auxiliary Services Center, Dec. 5. The building, named after a long-time employee, will house child nutrition services, and maintenance and operations teams. Additionally, the district named a conference room in honor of the late Jack King, a former maintenance director.
Kim Lewis currently serves as the administrative services director and is the liaison between parents and the district's administrative team. Lewis began his career with CHISD as an assistant bookkeeper and throughout his career held titles such as business manager, chief operating officer, co-superintendent and interim superintendent.
