Family Access is a web-based service that allows parents/guardians to view school-related information on their students from home or work. Information available online includes:

• General student demographic information
• Grades
• Attendance
• Schedules
• Discipline records
• Health records

The information in Family Access is 'real time' based on data in the District's Skyward Student Information Management System. However, remember that grades are 'fluid' and change daily/weekly as the teachers add assignments and grades to the system.

Family Access is secured by a unique username and password for each user to assure security and privacy.

Family Access Application:

In order for a parent/guardian to gain access to the system, a Family Access Application Form will need to be completed and submitted to your school's office staff. Please bring a photo ID for verification. If you are not submitting form in person, please include copy of photo ID for verification. The application form can be downloaded at link below or obtained at your school's office.

After approval is completed, you will receive an email that contains your username and password.

If multiple parents/guardians need access to the same child, each parent/guardian needs to complete an application.
