Student information will be verified and students owing fines, fees, or textbooks will not be allowed to start the registration process until fees, fines, or textbooks issues (returning or paying for lost textbooks) have been resolved. In order to expedite the process, print any requested information clearly and make sure you have the following required information.

| (all students) | | Current gas, water or electric bill in the name of the guardian enrolling the student. If the student and parent/guardian reside in an apartment, a current lease with the student listed as an occupant will beed to be provided as proof of residency.

| (all students) | | If student received immunizations during the summer, please bring proof of immunization. | | 3) | Power of Attorney and Dual Residency | (all students) | | If applicable, paperwork must be renewed eachc school year and will need to be either completed prior to or during the registration process | | 4) | Driver's License

Dual Residency Requirements - Resident and parent/legal guardian must be in attendance
- Correct address on driver's license (both parties)
- Proof of Residency (water, gas, or electric ONLY!)
- Resident in attendance must have their name on utility bill (July or August due date)
Power of Attorney Requirements - Resident and parent/legal guardian must be in attendance
- Correct address on driver's license (both parties)
- Proof of Residency (water, gas, or electric ONLY!)
- Temporary Guardian must have their name on utility bill (July or August due date)
- Birth Certificate/court papers proving legal guardianship (if not parent)
